Starline Roldeck slats are available in three versions: HQ slats made of polycarbonate, a version made of hard-PVC and a new foamed version, ProFlex. The type of polycarbonate that Starline uses was developed over many years by suppliers and manufacturers who primarily develop and manufacture for the German automotive industry. The combination of raw materials used for the Starline HQ slats is unique. The basic raw material contains a UV blocker. After manufacture this UV blocker forms an almost invisible protective layer in the slat which goes right the way through. A marked contrast with other polycarbonate products which have the UV protection vapour deposited afterwards. This unique protective layer in the Starline slat prevents the ageing and discolouration of the slats. The German TÜV even confirms all this, by certifying these Starline HQ slats, to be the first and only slats worldwide, with a TÜV certificate!

 

These HQ slats are available in a solar version and in a very clear, transparent version, which improves the effect of underwater lighting. Next to this HQ-version of Starline Roldeck slats, there is also the version made of rigid PVC, a high quality, strong, weather resistant plastic which ensures a long product life. The ultrasonically welded end caps are finished in the same colour as the slats and are guaranteed to be absolutely waterproof. The Starline PVC slats are available in different colours; blue, white, crème, and grey. Also a solar and transparent version are available.
