The cable of my Dolphin is not rolling up properly

After each use, change the diagonal angle of the handle.

Place the transformer in such a way that the Dolphin can access all walls properly.

When clearing up the Dolphin, you must ensure that the cable is hung over the caddy in large loops (never wrap it around your arm).

Occasionally remove the cable from the transformer and roll it out over its entire length. Iron out the cable by hand (from the Dolphin towards the plug), removing any knots and tangles as you go.
