Service Coordinator Starline
Are you ready to take on a key role in service and support? Starline, the leading specialist in high-quality swimming pools, water treatment products and pool covers, is looking for an enthusiastic Service Coordinator. In this challenging role, you will be the point of contact for service and quality within our team and will manage the service staff. You will be based at our modern premises in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer satisfaction are key priorities.
Your role as service coordinator
Key responsibilities

Responsible for the service relating to our swimming pools, pool cover systems and bespoke products for various applications

Receiving service enquiries (both by telephone and email) and coordinating their resolution

Providing technical support over the phone to dealers and customers
-
Ensuring that service enquiries are recorded and processed consistently within our system

Assessing and processing warranty claims

Monitoring the handling of the service request and keeping the customer proactively informed

Providing product training and technical training to dealers

Scheduling service visits by our service engineers

Occasional on-site resolution of service queries, by assessing the problem and determining the solution

Managing and optimising parts lists and spare parts management for the relevant products
Desired qualities and qualifications

Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude

Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for quality

Team support with a clear and collaborative approach; you know how to motivate colleagues

Experience in customer service

Solution-focused thinking and decisive decision-making

An interest in electrical engineering and water treatment is an advantage
