As an Account Manager, you are the face of Starline in the Netherlands. You are responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding our network within the professional swimming pool market (dealers/installers).

You will work within a regional structure, focusing on a specific part of the Netherlands (with an emphasis on the central and southern regions), whilst working closely with colleagues to ensure nationwide coverage.

 What will you be doing?

•               Managing and expanding an existing client portfolio

•               Advising clients on technical solutions and products

•               Translating customer needs into commercial proposals

•               Identifying market trends and opportunities

•               Collaborating with internal teams (sales support, production, planning)

•               Contributing to the further professionalisation of the commercial approach

 Who are you?

•               Experience in a commercial role, preferably in a technical B2B environment

•               An interest in technology (construction/installation/swimming pools is an advantage)

•               Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

•               Enterprising, independent and results-oriented

•               Solution-focused and proactive

•               Flexible and able to switch easily between tasks and stakeholders

•               You feel at home in an informal organisation

•               Good command of Dutch

•               Experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
