What can you expect from the role?

At STERCK Pools, no two days are the same. We manufacture luxury bespoke swimming pools, and you are a key link in the production process. You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art workshop, where you can learn to use the latest machinery and techniques, such as plastic welding (extruder and mirror techniques) and a CNC bed milling machine. So no assembly line work here, but a job where you can see your workpiece gradually transform into a complete swimming pool.

What you’ll be doing:

•    Plastic welding using the latest techniques (we’ll show you how!)

•    Assemble the parts and check that everything fits perfectly

•    Working with a CNC machine that automatically recognises plastic sheets and machines them with precision

•    Carry out quality checks to ensure everything looks neat

•    Make sure your workspace stays tidy, as our workshop is also our showroom

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and enjoys working with technology. Don’t have much experience yet? No problem, we’ll teach you everything you need to know! What we do consider important:
•    You have a technical aptitude or are keen to learn the trade
•    You work accurately and consider it important to deliver good work
•    You like a clean and organised workplace
•    You are reliable and have a positive attitude
•    You enjoy working with others, but are also happy to work independently

We don’t expect you to be a jack-of-all-trades within a week. At STERCK Pools, we take the time to train and support you. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to master the techniques and skills, step by step. Together, we’ll make sure you feel at home and can grow in your role.
