Busi­ness de­vel­op­er (Net­work De­vel­op­ment – B2B)

As our Business Developer (Network Development – B2B), you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and performance of our European dealer network – from the Benelux to the UK, France and Germany.

Your job as busi­ness de­vel­op­er

The Business Developer drives our commercial growth by expanding and stimulating the dealer network (B2B) across key European markets. 

He/she acts as the bridge between strategic vision and operational execution—translating business goals into concrete actions that enhance sales performance, dealer engagement, and market presence.

Your responsibilites

•     Build, expand, and strengthen the dealer network across existing and new markets (UK, France, Germany, Benelux).

•     Stimulate sales through active collaboration, motivation, and performance follow-up with dealers.

•     Define and refine the market approach and segmentation between our brands, in alignment with the Managing Director and Business Development Director.

•     Act as the operational link between corporate strategy and local market dynamics—translating strategic plans into tangible business results.

•     Analyze trends, identify new opportunities, and provide clear insights on product-market combinations and dealer needs.

•     Motivate and inspire dealers through visits, workshops, and performance dialogues—ensuring activation, loyalty and performance.

•     Cooperate closely with our companies’ teams to align growth initiatives, marketing tools, and product offerings.

•     Travel regularly within Benelux / Europe for dealer meetings, events, and fairs.

Your profile

•     Proven experience as Business Developer, Sales Manager, or Network Developer in a B2B environment.

•     Strategic mindset with hands-on commercial execution skills.

•     Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills—able to animate and inspire partners.

•     Strong business insight and understanding of product/market segmentation and positioning.

•     Fluent in Dutch and English; French and/or German are strong assets.

•     Available for international travel (20–40%).

•     Mature and confident professional—senior enough to lead, but agile and pragmatic in execution.

Remuneration

Fixed salary + variable with incentive return on agreed realized target.
