My Dolphin is not sucking properly

Check whether the plug of the transformer is in the socket and that the Dolphin is connected to the transformer.

Clean the following elements:
The filter bag – perhaps you need to clean this thoroughly in the washing machine
The protective grid around the filter bag
The inlets on the underside of the Dolphin
The pump impeller so it is free of dirt. This can be accessed by rotating part No. 16 a quarter of a turn.
